General Terms and Conditions of Business 1. General terms The offer of the Online Shop of Proceq SA contains merchandise. All sales, deliveries, and other services take place according to the rules of these General Terms and Conditions of Business of Proceq SA, Schwerzenbach ZH, Switzerland (Swiss company reg. no. CH-020.3.920.517-2; hereinafter "Proceq Europe"). Any existing terms and conditions of trade of Proceq Europe's costumers are not part of the contract. 2. Use The use of the Proceq Europe's Online Shop is limited to individuals and legal entities legally enabled to enter into business transactions, which order products of Proceq Europe for their own personal use. The information required for the order must be provided entirely and truthfully. 3. Offer and conclusion of contract The online presentation of our range of products is not a binding offer. By sending your order you are making a binding offer and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Business in force at such time. Proceq Europe is free to decide whether it accepts your offer. The sales contract is concluded upon the written acceptance of the order by an e-mail or by fax of Proceq Europe. The prices are those in effect on the ordering day and which will be repeated in the online order confirmation. The prices do not include the Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT) of 8.0%. Employees of Proceq Europe are not entitled to agree, orally or on the phone, to other terms or to provide any other assurances of any kind, which go beyond the content of the written contract or these General Terms and Conditions of Business. 4. List prices The list prices of Poceq Europe can be amended without prior notice.
